Group Registrations
* A group consists of three ISSOTL members from the same institution, who register at the same time. 
One main contact will fill out the form - the space to add additional group members is on page 3 of the form.  If paying at once for a group, you may pay online with a credit card, or send payment by fax/mail.  If paying separately, you should select the "pay by fax/mail" option at the end of the registration process.)

Workshops (half and full day) will be held on Thursday, October 22nd.

  • Complete the registration form and select the "pay online" option on the payment screen

  • Complete the registration form and select the "pay by fax/mail" option on the payment screen
  • Print out the payment form (you will be prompted) and return a copy with your payment.  (Non-online credit card payments may be faxed, and will not be accepted through the mail.)
Check payments must be drawn from a bank doing business within the United States
All payments must be made in $US Dollars

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing to the Conference Registrar, no later than October 1, to be eligible for a refund (less a $20 administrative fee).  No refunds will be issued after that date, but delegate substitutions are welcome.

To Register
If you already have a username/password for this system (if you registered for last year's conference, if you have signed up for membership in 2009, or if you submitted an abstract proposal for this year's conference), you may use that.  Simply log in before opening the registration form, and your contact information will be already populated.
(If you are registering a group, only the person who is entering the information would need to do this.)
You may also simply create a new username/password as part of your registration process.

If you do not already have a username/password, you will create one as part of the registration process.

Keep track of your username/password, as you will need it to sign up for workshops or edit your registration.

If you need to edit/add group members to your registration, DO NOT CREATE A NEW REGISTRATION.
This will create a duplicate in the system.
