Scholars are invited to submit abstracts for both oral and poster sessions. The abstract should include a statement of objectives, brief description of methods, principal results, and conclusions. Include scientific names in the abstract but not in the paper / poster title. Also, do not abbreviate place names (i.e. state or country) in the paper / poster title.
Contributed Paper Sessions (Oral) Contributed papers will be grouped by theme and topic. Oral sessions are 20 minutes in duration. All oral presentations are to be delivered in English. Translation will not be provided. Note: Space for oral presentations will be limited.
Poster Sessions Posters will be divided into two groups. Each group will be on display for two days. During each display period a dedicated poster session will be scheduled. These sessions will allow in-depth discussions between authors and delegates. Posters will be clustered by theme so that delegates can easily engage in discussions and conversations with other presenters who are similarly focused. Poster size is 4' x 4' (122cm x 122cm).
All posters should be in English.
