The 1st World Seabird Conference Expo is a great opportunity to promote your product or service with expert marine scientists from around the world. For the first time, marine ornithologists will convene in a five-day scientific program to discuss recent advances in animal ecology, restoration of islands, endangered species recovery, at-sea animal movement and behaviour, effects of climate change on marine species, and marine pollution. If you sell products or services to this market, then this Expo is for you.

Attendees and Exhibitors will be drawn to the conference and the Expo to:

  • 8' X 10' Exhibit Booth:  $1000 (+ tax)
  • 30" x 6' Table Top Only Display Space:  $750 (+ tax)

How to Exhibit

STEP 1: Book Your Booth

Reserve your space at the 1st World Seabird Conference Expo online today! Booth reservation requests must be completed with full payment.

Space is limited and booked on a first come, first served basis.

The following information is required to reserve your booth:

  • Choose your booth space
  • Names of booth representatives
  • Choose your Value Added Opportunities
  • Payment (VISA, MasterCard & AMEX accepted)

STEP 2: Book Your Accommodations

The official conference hotels are the Fairmont Empress and the Executive House Hotel. Please visit the Accommodation page for details on how to book your room.

STEP 3: Order Your Expo Services

The Victoria Conference Centre (VCC) is the designated display supplier for the conference. Additional service suppliers include Sharp's Audio-Visual and Events on the Move.

If you require items or services in addition to what is provided in your booth package (see Exhibitor Information), please refer to the VCC Order Forms. Lower rates apply to advance orders received up to fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled exhibitor move-in time. Orders received after this time are considered "Standard Orders" and are subject to an increased rate over and above the advance order rate. Please note that Discount Advance Order Cut-off indicated on the order forms.

Complete and return the respective order forms listed below to order your additional services. Show service requests must be made prior to August 25th to receive the discounted early bird rates.

Note: The VCC will not accept exhibitor shipments before the scheduled Exhibitor Move-In time and will refuse or redirect the shipment to Events on the Move.
