Registration fee: $365 after April 5 The registration fee includes: Participation in all sessions Conference materials Lunches (two are plenary presentations) Light continental breakfasts Refreshments and receptions If you already have a user account from submitting an abstract, you may use that to register. Cancellations must be made in writing on or before April 16 to be eligible for a refund (less a $20 administrative fee).  No refunds will be issued after that date, but delegate substitutions will be accepted.    If you are a presenter who is a full-time student, please email Melissa Kocias at iuconfs@indiana.edu for instructions on how to register for the special $125 rate.  You must register prior to April 1 to receive the special rate, and to be included in the program booklet.
