What's New in Conference Manager

Each week Conference Manager is updated with new and enhanced features, many of which begin as suggestions from clients like you. Check this page often to learn what's new, find out how best to use the new features, and to spark new ideas to suggest as we continue to make Conference Manager the best system for your event and association management activities.

Font Control in System Emails (11/26/09)

Administrators can now determine the font family and font size used in their community's system-generated emails. To check this out, log in and go to TOOLS > COMMUNITY > EDIT CONFERENCE. Enter text in the sample box, and adjust how it looks with the font family and font size selectors. Once you save your choices, system-generated emails will be sent with those choices, allowing you to extend your branding even into email inboxes. To view a screen shot of this feature, click here.

Font control currently applies to the abstract submission confirmation email and abstract acceptance/rejection emails, and more email types will be added each week.
