Accommodation
During the conference, delegates can take advantage of an excellent conference rate at one of North America’s most prestigious hotels, The Fairmont Empress. The hotel is connected to the Victoria Conference Centre, where Maritime Security Challenges 2012 will be held.
Fairmont Class (standard) Rooms are available to conference delegates for $129 per night (taxes not included). This rate applies to single or double occupancy. The rate also applies should you wish to arrive up to three days prior to the conference or plan to stay up to three days after the conference. The following taxes will be applied:
- Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) 12%
- Hotel Room Tax (subject to HST) 2%
- Destination Marketing Fee 1%
Conference delegates staying at The Fairmont Empress will receive a 15% discount at the hotel’s Willow Stream Spa.
Reservations
