Welcome to the 2012 International HBV Meeting Registration and Abstract Submission site. 

The cost of registration this year includes the following:

  • Welcome Reception on September 22, 2012
  • Lunches on September 23-25 (3 days)
  • Morning and afternoon coffee breaks & refreshments
  • Cream Tea in Christ Church Hall on Tuesday, September 25th

Accommodations and the Banquet are reserved through this site however they are not included in
the cost of registration.  There is a separate $70 fee per person for the banquet.  The Banquet will be
held at the Hall in Christ Church on Monday, September 24th.  For detailed accommodation information,

Note: A "Young Investigator/Trainee" is a scientist/researcher who has only five-six years post doctorate who
does not work independently and is not the "Principal Investigator" on grants.

2012 International HBV Meeting will be offering a One-Day Registration Package as an alternative to full registration. 
The one day registration is for Tuesday, September 25, 2012.  The cost of the one day registration is $135.00

The deadline for general abstract submission is Monday, July 9, 2012
Participants will be notified by Wednesday, August 1, 2012 of their inclusion in the program.

Travel Grant Applicants:
2012 Travel Grants will be applied towards the cost of registration. 
The deadline for travel grant submission is Monday, June 25, 2012.
You will be notified no later than Tuesday, July 3, 2012 if you have been chosen to receive an award. 
Award recipients are responsible for reserving and payment of all accommodations.
