HELP with Account Creation/Logging In

      If you are having difficulty logging in or you are being prompted that you have a duplicate account or perhaps you are just trying to reset your password, please follow the instructions below that are pertinent to your issues. If you already know your username and password,     click here to log in  

  Q: I don't know if I have an account. How can I check? 
  

  A: Click 'Create Account' and Enter your First Name, Last Name and email address in the Email box. If another account is detected with this email address or Name, the system will pop up a list of accounts that may belong to you. If you see your account in the list, click it to continue to sign in. If nothing pops up, proceed with the Account Creation.

  Q: What do I do if I don't already have an account? 
  

  A: Registering is easy if you do not already have a user account. You will be prompted to either log in or Create an Account when you first arrive at the Registration form. Simply click 'Create Account' and proceed to enter your user data. Once you have completed your new account setup, you will be taken directly to the Registration Form.

  Q: How do I log in if I don't know my username? 
  

  A: Click 'Create Account' and Enter your First Name, Last Name and email address in the Email box. If another account is detected with this email address or Name, the system will pop up a list of accounts that may belong to you. If you see your account in the list, click it to continue to sign in. If nothing pops up, proceed with the Account Creation.

  Q: How do I log in if I don't know my password? 
  

  A: If you don't know your password,   click here to set a new password

  Q: I tried to reset my password, but I didn't get an email. 
  

  A: An email with a link to set a new password for your account should have been sent to you when you clicked the button to send an email reminder. The email will have the subject >>Password Reset<< and will be sent from the email address: system-mail@confmanager.com. If you haven't received this email, your email service's spam filters may have mistakenly blocked the message. Check your spam folder, or resend the email using the   click here to set a new password

  Q: I tried to log in, but my username and password didn't work 
  

  A: First, check that the Capslock key is turned off, and   try logging in again   If you are still not able to get into your account, you may need to create a new password. Follow these steps to   reset your password

  Q: I haven't been to this Event before. Why would I have an account? 
  

  A: This event uses the same registration and abstract submission tool as many other Events. If you have attended other events, such as the AGM or Homicide Workshop you may already have a user account. 

  Q: I submitted an abstract for the Event already. Do I have to use the same account? 
  

  A: We recommend that you DO use the same account to register for the event as you used to submit your abstract. Using the same account for both your abstract submission and your registration allows the event staff to connect your abstract with your registration. This enables our team to send you appropriate information and to confirm that you are attending the summit if your abstract is accepted. 

  Q: I followed these steps, and I still can't access my account.
