Venue:
Nromally our workshops are in Room 7000 on the 7th floor at Simon Fraser University - Harbour Centre in downtown Vancouver, 515 West Hastings Street, Vancouver
The Term Sheets & Due Diligence workshop on April 13 is at Room 4800 on 4th floor of Simon Fraser University - Segal Graduate School of Business, 500 Granville St. downtown Vancouver, BC
Parking: There are many parking lots, but the largest and closest to Harbour Centre is a multi-story parking lot across Richards Street immediately to the east of the venue at the SE corner of Cordova (one way going east) and Richards Street (one way going south. The entrance is on right side of Cordova Street, just after you have passed Richards Street. Hope this helps.
Nearest Hotel: Delta Vancouver Suites are across the street from the venue at 550 West Hastings, Vancouver, BC V6B 1L6, (Entrance off Seymour Street)

Our Venue and the Hotel have worked out a Corporate Rate using the coupon codes MECS or MOR. But we suggest you determine the internet rate for the specific nights you want before trying the MECS rate. Their occupancy rate is lower in the winter period (Nov 1 to April 30) when better rates can be negotiated. They suggest calling Coco on their local registration line direct at 604-899-3038 or toll free at 1-888-663-8811 (but this may bounce to their central booking department, so ask their agent to have Coco to call you back).
As at April 5/10, the basic MECS corporate rate including internet was $157+taxes ($374 listed rate), but going up substanially on May 1.
