Our minimum fee is $2500. If your event has more than 100 people or registration fees greater than $150 then we will be able to find a pricing package that will work for you. We provide flexible pricing packages to work with your cash flow.
Licence fee plus registration fees
Per-registration fees are a popular option, as they allow you to easily budget the costs of the system as a portion of your registration fee.
Monthly subscriptions are ideal if you host many events, courses and conferences. Subscriptions give you unlimited access to the system for a fixed cost.
Annual licence fee
A single annual licence fee is the simplest and most cost-effective option.
No Hidden Costs
Our fees are straight-forward and based on flat amounts not percentages. Beware of companies that advertise low per-registration costs but also take a percentage of your registration fees. 1% may sound like a small number - but if your registration fee is $500 then that represents an additional $5 per registration.
