Home care in Canada is more than ten provincial, three territorial and four federally funded programs.

Home Care in Canada is a harmonized approach to meeting the health and social needs of vulnerable and disadvantaged Canadians wherever they live.  To meet this challenge, we must embrace a synergistic approach across the country to realize a system that is greater than the sum of our individual effects.

At the 2013 CHCA Home Care Summit we will come together to share experiences, learn from each other and build upon our successes to make home care an integral part of an integrated approach to health and wellness.
